Senior Construction Associate

My client is currently seeking an experienced, positive, and engaging lawyer to join their growing construction team in Bristol. This is a unique opportunity to work within a full-service, top-tier UK law firm, where you’ll handle a wide variety of high-quality cases.

The Role

Join a well-structured, 10 person team, consisting of Partners, Senior Associates, Solicitors, a Trainee, and a Paralegal. My client is looking for a construction lawyer with at least two years of experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. You’ll work on diverse projects across sectors like waste, infrastructure, higher education, health, and commercial property development.

Your responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and advising on various construction and engineering contracts. Their clients range from small businesses to large-scale developers and contractors, providing a wide variety of challenging and rewarding work.

This role involves working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless service to their clients. The work is sociable, interactive, and requires a love for teamwork and collaboration.
