Property Litigator

International firm with offices worldwide, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigator for their office in Kent.

You will work within a team of 9 in the legal department and will be the 'go to' person for all property related disputes including landlord & tenant disputes, boundary disputes, repossessions, disrepair etc...  acting on both commercial and residential property litigation matters.

You are likely be to a qualified solicitor or legal executive, but applications are also welcome from paralegals and non-qualified lawyers too, but at least 3 years experience of managing property disputes is essential.

The firm offer a competitive basic salary, alongside a fantastic bonus which can be up to £1000 per month.  They also offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
