Debt Recovery Executive

Leading firm with numerous offices, are looking to recruit an additional executive into their legal debt recovery department.  The team currently consists of 9, ranging from senior lawyers to those at entry level, and they are now looking to recruit at mid level into the team.

The team processes a high volume of claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all tasks. This role is essential to supporting the legal department and delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Claims management (reviewing, assessing and processing claims, prepare and file claims with relevant courts, manage the life cycle of claims from initiation to resolution and attend small claims mediations).  
• Document preparation (draft legal documents, review documents etc..)
• Legal Research (conduct research and report to manager, stay updated on relevant laws and regulations).
• Support clients at all times and also support others in the team, including supervising more junior members.

Successful applicants will have at least 2 years debt recovery experience, gained either within a law firm or in-house, and you must have been involved in the whole claims process.
