Senior Legal Counsel
An AIM-listed world-leading provider of technology are looking for a senior lawyer to join their legal team.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, the position will have a focus on commercial and corporate agreements across multiple jurisdictions, as well as collaboration with internal teams. This role will also line manage and mentor a team of four lawyers and lead on other project-based work across the legal department.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years' PQE with experience representing large technology driven organisations. Ideally the candidate will have expertise across various business areas including commercial contracts, IP, commercial law, GDPR, AI, and regulatory matters.
