Our client is a prominent organisation in Saudi Arabia, focused on offering extensive solutions in vital infrastructure sectors. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Legal Counsel with a strong background in handling significant contentious construction matters. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of experience in preparing and responding to claims within the contracting sector. Candidates with expertise in engineering, PPP/PFI, and energy contracts are highly encouraged to apply.
Applications are welcome from candidates qualified in any jurisdiction globally, provided they bring substantial legal experience in the relevant field. Experience within the GCC region is crucial, and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Remuneration: 40,000 to 50,000 SAR tax-free + benefits & bonus
