Senior Legal Counsel - Projects

Our client is a leading entity in Saudi Arabia dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions in critical infrastructure sectors. They specialise in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of various systems, catering to both municipal and industrial clients. Their work is driven by a commitment to sustainable development and efficient resource management throughout the region.

Due to their continuous expansion, they are currently seeking to hire a highly skilled Legal Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the projects sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BOT, EPC, O&M matters, and project finance. Key responsibilities include negotiating complex deals, managing the entire project lifecycle from bidding to post-award and financial closing stages, liaising with financial stakeholders etc.

Candidates qualified in any jurisdiction worldwide are welcomed, provided they have substantial legal experience in the projects field. Experience within the GCC region is essential. While Arabic language skills are not mandatory, they are highly preferred.

Remuneration: 50,000 to 65,000 SAR pcm tax-free + benefits & bonus.
