Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

My client is known for its high quality of conveyancing work throughout Warwickshire and the Midlands and is currently looking to employ a Conveyancing Paralegal to bolster its close-knit team based in its beautiful Leamington Spa office location. 

You would be providing support to the conveyancing team, liaising with clients to enhance and maintain relationships whilst providing an excellent standard of service with a view to eventually running your own caseload. 

The Role 

Your duties would include but not be limited to: 

• Attending to clients, both on the phone and in person
• Preparing files for completion
• Reporting to clients on searches as well as raising enquiries with the seller’s or lender’s solicitors

You

• You will have had at least 6 months’ experience within conveyancing in a similar position
• You will have a desire to progress your career within conveyancing
• You will have the ability to prioritise your work as well as possessing excellent communication skills and a real focus on client care
