Crime and Regulatory Solicitor

Are you a qualified Solicitor with motor crime experience? Ideally, you will also have health & safety experience. We are representing a leading national law firm looking to strengthen its Crime & Regulatory team with the hire of an experienced Solicitor to handle motor crime, inquests, and regulatory cases, starting from the day of the incident.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate incident circumstances and support clients from the start
• Take statements and attend interviews under caution
• Assist with the case through to resolution, providing top-notch legal solutions

This role involves working on cases in motor crime, the nursing/care sector, and health & safety (both insurer and private client). It is a client-facing role where you will build and nurture client relationships through training and mentoring.
