The practice encompasses a wide array of disciplines, including life sciences (biotechnology and pharmaceuticals), chemistry, engineering, and technology. Additionally, the team manages a select amount of "soft IP" work, primarily associated with trade mark and design disputes, frequently in conjunction with patent-related cases and regulatory matters.

  • Assist in managing and supporting complex patent litigation and SPC disputes across multiple jurisdictions
  • Handle trade mark and design disputes, often linked to patent-related matters
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft detailed litigation documents and reports
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and implement effective legal strategies
  • Stay updated on developments in IP law and relevant sectors

  • Proficiency in an additional European language is a bonus, but not essential
