Litigation Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an Litigation Paralegal to join a full-service London based law firm on a permanent basis.

This will be a shared role where the successful candidate will work alongside the Tax Litigation Partner for 2 days a week and then float across the Litigation teams for 3 days a week.

The role will involve

Providing complete assistance to Partners and Associates regarding various legal issues, includingDrafting and amending legal documentationPreparing and issuing correspondence, including client notifications and lettersTaking and drafting witness statements Preparing court bundles as requiredUndertaking relevant research, as requiredIdentifying and retrieving information necessary to support legal decision-makingMaintaining records and using the IT systems to undertake searchesUndertaking office administration to support the team, to include filing, photocopying, responding to emailsCreating, issuing and ensuring payment of invoices

The ideal candidate will have 6 months litigation experience ideally within tax litigation. Experience of professional negligence and judicial review would be beneficial

This role will require office working 5 days per week.
