Life Sciences/Commercialisation Lawyer 2+ To £££
This Tier 1 ranked City practice is looking to hire an ambitious life sciences associate to specialise in advisory and regulatory advice for clients ranging from start-ups to global companies, with a focus on the life sciences, healthcare and deeptech sectors. In addition to advising on the identification, protection, commercialisation and enforcement of IP rights, you will support clients with commercial contracts, licensing, fundraisings, biopharma partnering agreements, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. A scientific background is helpful but not essential.
