In-house Solicitor

Our client provide a range of critical nuclear solutions across the markets of clean energy, defence and civil decommissioning across the UK and internationally. They are a significant employer in England and are a key diver of the UK economy. They are looking for a talented In-house Solicitor to join site in the North West.

Description

As In-house Solicitor you'll be expected to provide comprehensive commercial legal advice to the business, including drafting and negotiating a range of contracts (commercial and NEC) and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

• Draft and review commercial contracts including confidentiality agreements, parent company guarantees, collateral warranties, NEC contracts.
• Manage current and new IP.
• Liaise with external support where required.

Profile

The type of profile we are looking for:

• 3-4 years PQE
• Experience as an In-house Solicitor
• Commercial expertise and familiarity with construction models of contracts such as NEC/FIDIC/JCT.
• Experience with a similar industry preferred i. defence and military, heavy industry
