Residential Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious lawyer to join a fantastic UK firm in their highly regarded residential team. The team carries out a mixture of high-value residential sales and purchases (particularly with prime London properties), lease extensions (voluntary and statutory), sales of high-value new build developments, as well as work for agricultural/landed estates. Their clients range from HNW private individuals, offshore companies and lending institutions, through to investors and landed estates.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales or Common Law jurisdiction. Have between 2-3 years PQE A clear and developed understanding of Land Law and it's application in the Residential Property space; Strong academics. Ability to give practical, clear advice. Excellent communication skills. Motivated and enthusiastic. Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
