This premier City firm is looking to hire two trust litigation lawyers to join their Tier 1 team. You will be advising on a range of contentious trust and estate matters including litigation related to wills, probate and inheritance disputes. You will also be involved in the variation and risk management of trust applications and cross-border estate planning conflicts as well as Court of Protection matters. This can involve mediation and arbitration proceedings in relation to trust structures. Relevant Contentious Trust and Estate experience essential.
