Infrastructure and Projects Solicitor

Joining a renowned Energy & Infrastructure Team based in Edinburgh, you will be part of the largest UK-based team dedicated to this sector, providing comprehensive legal advice to clients worldwide.

You will work within the firm's Tier 1 Infrastructure and Projects team, engaging with both public and private sector clients on various infrastructure projects, including energy, utilities, transport, and social infrastructure.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Procuring and negotiating contracts for new projects
• Advising on contract changes and lifecycle issues
• Handling distressed projects and contract disputes
• Managing contract expirations and asset handbacks

About You:

• You will be a newly qualified solicitor or a solicitor with up to 5 years' PQE with a passion for infrastructure and projects
• Experience in construction, infrastructure/projects, or commercial contracts is desirable, but not essential
