Salary: £70,000 - £85,000
I am seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for a leadership role within a well-established and successful firm.
This is a full-time, position in Liverpool, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering collaboration, and leading marketing efforts within the team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property law, with expertise in areas such as commercial conveyancing, leasing, secured lending, and development agreements.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a high degree of commercial awareness and the ability to manage workloads effectively under pressure. The candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
