An esteemed high street law firm with a strong emphasis on traditional values is seeking a qualified and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team. 

Position: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a variety of matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases by individuals, companies, and Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs)
• Landlord and tenant issues
• Business sales and purchases
• Option agreements
• Property financing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Commercial Property transactions efficiently from start to finish
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on various commercial property matters
• Conduct due diligence, draft contracts, and negotiate terms
• Work relatively autonomously while having access to support when needed

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year’s PQE in a Commercial Property Solicitor role (candidates with relevant knowledge and experience outside this will also be considered)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
