Locum Probate Solicitor

We're seeking a Locum Private Client Solicitor or fee earner to join a technical probate team, where you'll manage a varied caseload from start to finish using a purpose built case management system.

Description

The Locum Private Client Solicitor will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of probate cases from inception to completion.
• Prepare and submit probate applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with clients primarily via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely recording of case information.
• Collaborate closely with a team of experts to enhance your legal skills, with administrative support provided.
• Mentor and support junior team members by sharing your legal expertise.

Profile

The Locum Private Client Solicitor should be:

• A Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent experience.
• A strong background in probate law.
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships remotely.

Job Offer

The Locum Private Client Solicitor will:

• Start immediately on an ongoing contract
• Work 50% from home and 50% in the office
• Receive £40-50 per hour depending on experience
