Real Estate – Renewables Associate (4+ years')

Our client is a highly reputable Legal500 law firm with offices across Scotland. Due to organic growth, its well-recognised Real Estate team seeks a Real Estate Renewables Solicitor to join the team based in Glasgow.     

You will be working within an experienced and supportive team with a focus on delivering renewables projects across Scotland where you will gain exposure to large scale, high value and newsworthy projects. 

Your role will involve a wide range of duties including:

• Dealing with options and leases for renewables projects
• Working on renewables deals with colleagues in practice areas across the firm
• Dealing with both rural and commercial development on rural land

As the successful candidate you will be competent in managing your own busy workload and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
