Our client is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their large Commercial Property team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading commercial law firm who advise corporate clients across a range of sectors.

Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

• Managing a portfolio of complex real estate transactions including Landlord & Tenant work, investment and large development work.
• Acting for a range of clients across varied sectors including retail, logistics and manufacturing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Help manage junior team members

Profile

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have:

• A track record in Real Estate work and likely to be around 4-8 years PQE
• Proven experience in handling real estate transactions in a large law firm.
• Strong academics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per year.
