Employment Partner

We are currently working with a highly regarded boutique law firm where an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Partner to join their Oxfordshire office. Remote working can be considered.

Our client is seeking an Employment Partner, ideally on a full time permanent basis however reduced hours can be considered. Hybrid working is also on offer.

You will ideally have a good following or referral network. The business continues to experience rapid growth, so this role would suit someone who is looking to get involved in business development and shaping the future strategy of the team. There is plenty of opportunity to work with the wider employment group across offices in the North and South.

Someone with experience working with public sector clients/NHS would be the perfect candidate as this is the work the team focuses on.

Although you would be working alongside multiple award winning employment lawyers, the long term goal would be to build another team around the successful candidate so it is an exciting proposition for someone who really wants to take their career to the next level.
