What do we need? 

• This law firm requires an additional litigation solicitor or legal executive to join the team in either the Exeter or East Devon branches 
• You will need at least 3+ years’ experience as a qualified litigation solicitor or legal executive and will work alongside a large and established team 

What will you do? 

• Handle a mixed litigation caseload including (but not limited to):
• Property disputes
• Residential landlord and tenant matters
• Contract and debt disputes
• Commercial disputes
• And possibly employment matters
• There will be the opportunity to be involved in marketing and business development to your hearts content! 

About you:  

• You will be a qualified litigation solicitor or legal executive 
• Ideally you should have broad litigation experience, but not all areas listed above are required as training will be given 
• You will be a true team player and will be fully supported by the team and senior lawyers around you
