Haggerty Jaques is delighted to be working with an international law firm to recruit into its specialist Employment team in either Leeds or Manchester.

The firm is going through a period of real growth and investment and this is therefore an exciting time to be joining.

As an Employment lawyer within this team, you will be liaising with colleagues across the wider firm on contentious and advisory matters.

The role will involve advising on cutting-edge Employment matters affecting the public and private health industry, including working with the NHS, primary care providers such as GP surgeries, and with private health providers such as fertility clinics and Medtech companies.

The very nature of the work – which often involves ground-breaking issues affecting the health sector – means that there will always be something new and interesting to learn and advise on. While previous sector experience is helpful, the role is open to those who have no health sector experience but who have a genuine interest in working in this field for the first time.

You will have client contact from day one but will be very well supported, with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.
