Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Handling a variety of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, leases, and property finance
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and agreements
• Working closely with the corporate and finance teams
• Maintaining a high level of client service and managing client expectations
• Participating in business development and networking activities to attract new clients
