Commercial & Corporate Lawyer

Well known local full service law firm with an existing commercial & corporate law legal practice is looking to recruit a commercial lawyer to join their commercial legal team in Hampshire.

Candidates will need to have strong technical skills in general commercial law matters (such as experience of working on a range of commercial contracts, terms and conditions, IP (Intellectual Property) and IT matters and general commercial law advisory work) and some corporate law experience too (such as M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and company law matters).

This well known Hampshire based law firm provides both commercial legal services and private client services.
