Corporate Commercial Lawyer - Head of Team/ Partner or Partner Designate

A law firm on the edge of the City / Central London is looking to grow its corporate commercial legal team with the strategic hire of a Corporate Commercial Lawyer as Head of Team. This role is full-time on a permanent basis.

Your New Role

This team advise on a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial law matters, often for SME businesses. The Corporate Lawyer will act for entrepreneurs and businesses on a wide range of matters including:

• Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, especially for SMEs
• Financings
• Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
• Commercial contracts and terms of business

About You

The firm looks to hire a Corporate Lawyer who demonstrates:

• Experience in networking and business development activity
• Ideally, management and leadership experience
• The ability to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships, ideally with some following
• Broad knowledge of corporate and commercial law
