Description

As a New Build/Plot Sales NQ your duties will include:

• Manage a new-build property portfolio of cases from inception to completion
• Experience in all varieties and levels of title complexity essential
• Thorough understanding of various property laws
• Commercial awareness, keeping up to date with business and industry news
• Resilience with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, and an analytical approach to come to the best legal solutions.
• Manage plot sales transactions from reservation to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice to a variety of clients.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure transactions are processed efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal documents are accurate and legally compliant.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in property transactions.

Profile

A successful New Build/Plot Sales NQ should have experience in dealing with plot sales as part of their TC. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
