I am recruiting a Corporate & Commercial Managing Associate to join a top 100 national law firm. This role provides the opportunity for an ambitious Corporate or Commercial Associate to manage and oversee a wide array of matters. The successful candidate will be based in one of the firm's offices in the South West and will contribute significantly to the success of our client's business.

Description
- Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial cases.
- Providing high-quality legal advice to a range of clients.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless service for clients.
- Supervising junior members of the team and assisting in their professional development.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry trends.
- Contributing to the development of the firm's commercial strategy.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements within the sector.
Profile
A successful Corporate & Commercial Managing Associate should have:
- Relevant qualifications in law and a solid grounding in corporate and commercial legal work.
- Strong technical legal skills with a pragmatic and solution-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
