About the Role:

An opportunity to join a thriving legal 500 firm's Employment Law team as a Solicitor. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality legal services to clients across Berkshire.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment law matters.
• Handle a diverse caseload, including contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
• Conduct negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings on behalf of clients.
• Assist in the development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Criteria:

• Approximately 2+ years of PQE in Employment Law.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of employment law cases.
• Experience representing both employers and employees.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
• Adaptable and proactive approach to work.
