Residential Property Lawyer (Partner) 8+ PQE, London, up to £110K (DOE), Seeking a senior Solicitor with a strong following, to bolster an existing team with a growing firm.

PQE: 8+

SALARY: £90-110,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
An established and prestigious law firm in the heart of central London is seeking an experienced solicitor to join as a Partner. You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property law matters, including but not limited to freehold and leasehold properties, listed buildings, new builds and buy-to-let investments. This position will see you playing a crucial role in the growth and development of the Law Society accredited Residential Property team.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong business development skills by leveraging their own network of contacts to expand the firm’s existing client base. You should have substantial experience in residential property law and will require a well-established following.
