What will you do?
- Run a broad real estate/commercial property caseload
- Advise on varied & high-quality work to include Sales & acquisitions, commercial leases, property development matters (options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements)
- This team also has a growing renewables sector - so if that interests you then get in touch
- Play a key role in supporting local & national clients
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in business development (with full support of a dedicated marketing team and wider team)
What will you need?
- To be a qualified commercial property solicitor or legal executive
- Commercial property experience
- Ideally at least 2 years PQE within commercial property law
- Enthusiasm to get stuck in!
