What will you do? 

• Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing including
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including for investor clients), transfers of equity and remortgages 
• Build relationships with existing and new clients 

The Team: 

• Join this large team of over 20 people including Partners, Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, Paralegals and support staff   
• The welcoming team includes many long-standing employees with wide ranging expertise 

What will you need?

• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1-year of PQE  
• Residential Property experience
