Structured Finance/Derivatives - Associate Solicitor

THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Derivatives lawyer 3 + PQE to join a well-established City based DCM & Derivatives team.

The work will be broad ranging, you will work across a wide range of OTC and exchange traded derivatives transactions for both sell-side and buy-side clients.

In addition, other work will include securities lending and repo transactions, structured credit, equity, FX, commodity and Islamic transactions

As a member of a high profile team, you will work directly with some of the world's leading Banks and Financial Institutions.

THE CANDIDATE

This role would be ideally suited for a mid-level to senior associate with solid derivatives experience gained within a top tier firm or in house

Applicants must have a sound working knowledge of industry documentation, individuals with an understanding of the regulatory framework would be of particular interest.

This is a broad ranging role for an individual with a sound technical skills and a solid track record ready to join an expanding client focused team
