The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. My client will consider an Associate/ Senior Associate level.  

You will be handling a quality general company & commercial caseload including mergers & acquisition, GDPR compliance, trading agreements, company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation and some intellectual property matters.

Your role as an Associate Solicitor will involve: 

• Handling own busy caseload from start to finish
• Exposure to a wide range of clients based in the local area
• Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
