Clinical Negligence Solicitor, NQ+ years’ PQE, Manchester, National law firm requires additional Solicitor to handle defendant clinical negligence work on behalf of healthcare clients

JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE: NQ+
LOCATION: Manchester

THE ROLE:
Joining this nationally regarded team, you will take responsibility for a caseload of a wide variety of defendant Clinical Negligence matters. As well as your own files, you will also assist senior clinical negligence solicitors on more complex claims and will be liaising with clients at all stages of the case. In addition, you will get involved with running seminars and training for clients and have the opportunity to go on secondments to client sites.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor and have experience in handling clinical negligence matters within the defendant healthcare sector. Recently qualified Solicitors who have gained solid experience in clinical negligence law during your training contract are encouraged to apply. You will be confident in advising healthcare professionals of all levels with regards to ongoing claims, working both independently and as part of a larger team.
