Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle a caseload that is predominantly respondent in focus albeit with some settlement agreement work for executives. The role will encompass a good mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. The team is nicely structured and you can expect to enjoy plenty of support and career development. The client list is extensive and includes a number of household names.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 4 years' pqe. You should have well rounded technical skills matched with an ability to forge excellent working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
