Tax Litigation

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious tax litigation lawyer to join a top UK firm in its highly regarded tax litigation practice. The Tax Disputes team is recognised as one of the best in the country. The team includes former senior members of HMRC, giving the firm significant insight into how HMRC operates. Their work in this area includes pre-emptive advice on tax risk issues, enquiries and investigations, as well as litigation in tribunals and higher courts, up to the European Court of Justice. The firm represents a broad range of clients, from FTSE 100 companies and multinational corporations to privately owned businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales.
• Have at least 6 years PQE in a strong tax litigation practice Strong academics.
• Ability to give practical, clear advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivated and enthusiastic.
• Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
