Structured Finance Lawyers, 6+PQE, Global Law Firm, London

A prestigious global law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its leading Structured Finance practice based in London. Our client has a strong reputation in the UK and internationally.

You will be an integral part of the firm's well-regarded Structured Finance team, working on a wide range of high-profile transactions, including structured finance, securitisation, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), across multiple asset classes. You will have access to exciting and challenging opportunities to work on innovative transactions and gain valuable experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This role offers excellent and clear career progression opportunities. The Senior Associates in the team are expected to actively support the Partners in business development initiatives and play a key role in supervising and mentoring the junior lawyers within the team.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of PQE in structured finance within a reputable law firm.
• Proven expertise in securitisation, structured finance, and CLO work.
• Strong academic background and stable career record.
• Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-quality work.
