Marketing Director

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Director to join a unique and modern law firm in the UK.  This role can be remote based but will require the occasional visit to the London and Manchester office.

You will be joining this progressive firm at an exciting time of growth, as the Marketing Director you will spearhead the marketing efforts, driving both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing the brand visibility, fostering client engagement, and supporting the firm’s growth objectives through technology-driven marketing initiatives.

The role: 

• Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth for both B2B and B2C segments
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage law firm and insurance partners
• Create compelling content and collateral to communicate the value proposition of our litigation funding services
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners through targeted marketing campaigns and events
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
• Manage and implement B2B outreach initiatives, including webinars, conferences, and industry publications
• Work with external agencies as appropriate to implement firm initiatives
• Identify and manage relationships with external marketing resources, including agencies, freelancers, and consultants
