Our client is looking for an experienced and talented commercial litigator to join its busy and growing commercial litigation team. This new position is ideal for someone with around 3-6 years’ PQE (although candidates with more or less PQE will be considered in exceptional circumstances), gained in a City firm or leading national or regional practice.

Flexible hybrid working is offered with most people choosing to spend on average 2-3 days per week in the office.

The role is a full-time position, however candidates wanting to work on a part-time basis may also be considered.

The successful candidate will work with clients including household name PLCs handling complex High Court litigation and international arbitration; providing strategic advice on claims avoidance and risk management.

First-class support and learning and development opportunities are provided.

The successful candidate is likely to:

  • have strong academics and high-quality experience – typically with a City or leading national/regional practice;
  • be able to work both independently, running appropriate cases with minimum supervision and as part of a large team;
  • be willing to take an active role and interest in business development within both the team and across the wider firm.

Please contact Toby Nash at Chase Portland for further details.
