Amazing opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join an international law firm as part of its Planning team.
This thriving team is looking for ambitious Planning Solicitor to assist with its top quality clients. The team works nationally and internationally with its different offices, so deals with a plethora of different work. Its clients are household names, and is known as one of the best and biggest Planning teams in the country.
The firm and team work on some of the most iconic developments ranging from wind farms to major residential schemes and major road or airport developments, so this is a really exciting role. The firm is looking for someone with 3 years’ PQE and experience in the following:
Planning and Highway agreements
In-depth Knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
Proficiency in Handling Inquiries, Examinations, and Judicial Reviews Related to Planning Matters
Conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
