This highly reputable Legal 500 Property Litigation specialist practice operates from modern commercial offices and has a rare opportunity for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor from a Commercial or Property Litigation background.

The firm manages a variety of residential and commercial property instructions, specialising in property litigation and the recovery of property-related debts. The team of solicitors deals with technical and complex matters from start to finish, often breaking new ground in case law, all ably assisted with full paralegal/assistant support.

The team deals with a range of property litigation and commercial property matters and may accommodate a particularly strong Litigation Solicitor with a broader range of experience. You'll be joining a very experienced technical team that has gone from strength to strength over recent years due to its high-quality work and high level of client service, and you will be offered all the support you may need in getting fully up to speed.

You will be a strong-willed, confident and articulate Litigation Solicitor (ideally 2 years+ PQE) and demonstrable previous experience in a technical litigation department is a must for this challenging role. If you're a very technically strong Litigation Solicitor with a sound understanding of litigation processes and procedures, you are encouraged to apply.
