Corporate Associate Solicitor

A leading Scottish law firm with an outstanding reputation located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, is now seeking a corporate associate solicitor to join its well-established Corporate team due to organic growth. 

What You Will Do:

• Engage in diverse work, from M&A and restructuring to investments and partnerships
• Manage company setups and ensure company secretarial compliance
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and oversee data protection matters

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in a corporate/commercial law

• Have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
