Key Responsibilities

• Draft and advise on construction documents, including consultant appointments, warranties, and development contracts
• Support a variety of sectors including living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport
• Assist in pitching for new work and managing client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in construction law with a non-contentious focus
• Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a drive to develop professionally
• Strong drafting skills and practical legal advice
• Efficient diary and task management
• Resilience and a positive attitude under pressure
