THE ROLE:
This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to work on diverse client base with a particular focus on education clients. The appointed Solicitor will have experience of advising education and charity clients on corporate projects which can be high profile national and international projects.

THE CANDIDATE:
Technically strong, the appointed ambitious Corporate Solicitor will have proven technical expertise in advising clients in the education sector and the wider range of corporate work across other sectors the firm works within. You will have at least 8 years PQE and a strong interest in this sector and ideally a working knowledge of the structure of a range of educational establishments. You will be ambitious and commercially aware and be looking to join a firm you are provided the opportunity to progress and develop within a highly ranked team.
