A local authority based in Essex is seeking a part-time Employment Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

The successful Employment Lawyer will carry a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters to include unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE matters, general advice etc. This is a full remit Employment Lawyer position.

The client is looking for someone able to work 18.5 hours per week, and you will need to attend the office on a hybrid basis.

Candidates applying for the role must be qualified and hold a current practising certificate. Previous local government experience is highly advantageous.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.

At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually.
