A local authority based in Greater Manchester is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer is needed as soon as possible. You will carry a full caseload from the outset to include: S21a work, S16 matters, ordinary residence and CHC queries. Experience dealing with deprivation of liberty matters would also be advantageous.
Candidates must have a current practising certificate to be considered for the role and ideally you will be able to attend the office. The client is open to considering fully remote workers. Previous local government experience is desirable.
Pay rate is between £25-50 per hour.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, the client is seeking candidates available on no more than 3 weeks’ notice.
