About the Property Lawyer Role:
Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the heart of the East Midlands. We are looking for a Property Lawyer to join a growing local government authority. The role is to specifically work as part of a team in the provision commercial property on behalf of the council in the East Midlands.
The role will be a remote working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities of the Property Lawyer role:
- Dealing with a variety of local authority property matters for an authority including
- Disposals and acquisitions
- Lease surrenders and renewals
- Licences and new leases
