About the Highways Lawyer Role:
Sellick Partnership are looking for a senior lawyer to work within the planning team of a reputable local authority remotely. We are looking for someone specifically to support the team with highways advice, s, and s agreements.
The post is full-time. Assignment is most likely around 6 months in duration but there is a strong possibility that this will be extended.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Highways Lawyer to join a supportive team on a remote working basis around other consultancy work they have ongoing.
Key Responsibilities of the Highways Lawyer role:
Key duties of the Highways Lawyer will include;
- Manage your own caseload of the more complex and high-profile highway matters
- To continue to build relationships with existing clients
- It is expected that the role would also carry a caseload of general highways matters - s, s, and general planning advice
