Are you a litigation lawyer wanting to work in a local authority setting? An Exciting opportunity has arisen for commercial litigation solicitors to join an established local authority in the East of England on a locum basis for 6 months + and on a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Litigation Lawyer role:
For the most part as a locum commercial litigation lawyer, you will be expected to:
- Have a strong understanding and experience in a local government setting
- Litigate a broad range of commercial disputes including debt recovery, contract disputes, and tenancy disputes.
